Professional Cordon Bleu creator of beautiful and truly delicious cakes… Iced cakes are coated with sugarpaste over Belgian chocolate ganache finished to sharp edges and then decorated to your specification. Semi-naked, smooth-coated or ridged buttercream designs are finished with delicious Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream Flavour suggestions
  • Victoria Sponge’ with vanilla-bean buttercream and scrumptious freshly-made raspberry preserve (or strawberry on request). .
  • ‘Tangy Lemon Cake’ soaked with lemon syrup and filled with lemon buttercream.  Adding Limoncello gives an Italian take on this refreshing option.
  • ‘Zesty Orange Cake’ soaked with orange syrup and orange buttercream.
  • ‘Light Chocolate Cake’ light textured yet deliciously chocolatey, filled with a blend of Belgian chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream.
  • Rich Belgian Chocolate Cake’ layered with Belgian chocolate ganache which can include salted caramel, or fruit flavours such as raspberry, fresh orange  or passionfruit.

Allergies

All regular cake flavours contain wheat, eggs and dairy.  Some recipes contain nuts and there is a possibility of a trace presence of nuts in all products, having been made in a kitchen that uses nuts.  We are able to make gluten-free cakes for those with a gluten intolerance, but not an allergy to gluten as our kitchen may have a trace presence.  All macarons contain nuts and eggs.  Dairy-free and vegan cake options are available.
